Nu e vorba de bani ca se cheltuie mai mult pe analize, care sunt in jur de 150-200lei, decat pe etilometre. Problema e ca domnii parlamentari nu au aprobat cererile pe motiv ca un aparat nu iti poate indica la fel de exact ca rezultatele biologice.
Iar despre contestatia omului, banuiesc ca avea o valoare care presupunea dosar penal. La contraventii nu e nevoie de sange.
