Nu, trebuia dus la IML sa ii ia sange.

Pai da, la IML pentru ca in Romania nu sunt bani de etilometru. Ideea e ca ala a fost sanctionat doar pe baza etilotestului, si omul istet, s-a dus in instanta sa faca contestatie.
