Real, you need when you are on server, to make two demos at hackers, when is no admin on server, and then post demos here:

HazZaRD how can i make the demo ??

First you need to stop current demo. For this type stop in console.
Next you must be spectator. When you see somebody with hack, you need to type record name in console to record demo.
After that you need to stop again by typing stop in console and then you must upload demo on zippyshare, and post on forum.
