Gasesti peste tot, dar prost explicat, ori cu link-uri nevalide, astazi am sa explic perfect, sa inteleaga chiar si cel mai putin experimentat cum se face acest lucru.
De ce avem nevoie?
De o conexiune directa la Internet, fara router, wireless, modem, si alte chestii de genu.
IP Stabil (sa nu fie 192.168.x.x) si port 80 liber (sa nu blocheze firewall)
XAMPP - un program necesar pentru a intretine downloadurl-ul
Un net cu o viteza minima de 15MB/s upload (nu neaaparat, dar ar fii necesar daca vrem ca intradevar sa "zboare" download-ul de resurse)
XAMPP
Daca toti pasii de mai sus corespund , atunci :
Pasul 1: Descarcam XAMPP pentru WINDOWS, de AICI. Link este unul oficial, deci nu se poate sa nu functioneze, merge tot timpul.
Pasul 2: Descarcam XAMPP oriunde, apoi deschidem executabilul descarcat , si va aparea asa:

Dupa ce sa copiat, si apache este RUNNING, aflam de adaresa ip avem (scrie pe google what is my ip daca nu o stii) si accesam in browser:

Daca apare o lista cu fisierele puse de tine, atunci downloadurl este gata, si poate fii trecut in server.cfg
